Contract

This user contract ("Contract") is between the individual renting the camper van ("User") and the camper van rental business ("Company") for the rental of the camper van.

1. Rental Agreement: User agrees to rent the camper van from the Company for the period specified in the rental agreement. User acknowledges receipt of the camper van in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, subject to ordinary wear and tear.

2. Payment: User agrees to pay the rental fee, deposit, and any other fees specified in the rental agreement. Payment must be made in advance before the start of the rental period.

3. Use of the Camper Van: User agrees to use the camper van for personal, non-commercial purposes only and to use the camper van in a reasonable and responsible manner. User agrees to comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to the operation of the camper van.

4. Prohibited Activities: User agrees not to engage in the following activities with the camper van: (a) smoking, (b) transporting pets, (c) using the camper van for illegal purposes, (d) driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (e) exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of the camper van, and (f) using the camper van for off-road driving.

5. Liability: User acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the rental period, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct. User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from User's use of the camper van.

6. Insurance: User acknowledges that the Company does not provide insurance coverage for the camper van. User is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for the camper van and for complying with any insurance requirements specified in the rental agreement.

7. Repairs: User agrees to notify the Company immediately in the event of any damage or malfunction to the camper van. User agrees to pay for any repairs or damages caused by User's use of the camper van.

8. Return of the Camper Van: User agrees to return the camper van to the Company at the end of the rental period in the same condition as received, subject to ordinary wear and tear. User agrees to return the camper van at the agreed upon time and location specified in the rental agreement.

9. Termination: The Company may terminate this Contract and repossess the camper van at any time if User breaches this Contract or fails to comply with any of its provisions.

10. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the rental agreement is executed.
